I am a meditation and well-being coach, meditation teacher, and teacher mentor who is trained in meditation, coaching, behavior change, and habit formation. My passion for holistic well-being started with an interest in meditation that led me to study with some of the world’s most renowned teachers like Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, Tsoknyi Rinpoche, Sharon Salzberg, and Jetsun Khandro Rinpoche. I am inspired to bring the practice of meditation to as many people as possible and do this through my work as a senior facilitator within the Tergar Meditation Community, a trainer for the Tergar Meditation Teacher Certification Program, and as a meditation teacher with Healthy Minds Innovations, a non-profit started by acclaimed neuroscientist Richard Davidson at the University of Wisconsin Madison.</image:caption>
