Mindfulness-based health coaching for maximum behavior change.
Have you ever tried to develop a new habit, but were unsuccessful? Change is extremely difficult, largely because we get stuck in our unconscious beliefs, thoughts, and emotions that drive our behavior.
My name is Stephanie Wagner. I am a health and mindfulness coach who is trained in behavior change, motivation, and mindfulness. Additionally, I am steeped in knowledge of chronic health conditions, healthy eating strategies, and stress-relieving techniques.
I can help you bring mindfulness into your journey to wholeness and wellbeing, by cultivating awareness of the triggers and habits that drive you. With awareness, you can begin to define strategies to make lasting behavior change.
My primary coaching approach is to:
Help you understand and tap into your motivation
Use mindfulness-based behavior change to identify what is working and what is getting in the way
Leverage your strengths, talents, and abilities to successfully navigate change
During our coaching sessions, I will ask questions to deepen your understanding of yourself, help clarify values, identify limiting beliefs, set goals, agree on accountability and most importantly customize your coaching session to meet your needs.
I commit to offering a safe space for you to share your journey and to partner with you as you move through obstacles that keep you from achieving your goals.
Transformation is possible. You just need to take the first step.

My name is Stephanie Wagner and I am an accredited health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC), mindfulness/meditation teacher, group fitness instructor, and health educator with a masters degree in Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coaching from the University of Minnesota.
I was inspired to become a health coach as a result of my own health journey which started five years ago, when I lost 80 pounds, Through implementing sustainable lifestyle changes like healthy eating and exercise, I have successfully kept the weight off and have found that self care is truly an act of self love.
I am passionate about coaching people to live their best life—to live with abundance, energy, ease, and connection. I partner with clients to help them understand how to leverage their strengths and self-awareness to make positive, sustainable behavior changes in any dimension including physical, social, spiritual, professional and emotional wellbeing. Whether you are trying to lose weight, eat healthy, implement a meditation practice or more, health coaching can help you on your journey toward greater health.
Clients say that I have a warm and empathetic coaching style. Each session is customized according to what the client wants to focus on to fulfill their wellness vision. I believe that joy, well-being, and ease are possible, even in the midst of a busy life.

Moving toward well-being can be difficult. Below are a few ideas to help you begin your wellness journey.
1. PREPARE FOR SUCCESS
Change is not likely to happen without preparation. Dedicate 15-30 minutes, at the beginning of the week, to schedule self care in your calendar. Whether it is food prep, grocery shopping, exercise, yoga or meditation, booking “appointments” for self care will insure that you have time in your schedule to focus on what is important to you.
2. START SMALL
Lifestyle changes can feel overwhelming. Rather than trying to tackle too many changes at once, choose one thing that you are going to work on and allow yourself to get really good at that. This builds confidence, delivers better results and will make it easier to make other changes in your life.
3. SEEK SUPPORT
Having support on your wellness journey is important. Support might take the form of a health coach, therapist, outside support group, partner or friend. Outside support can offer positive reinforcement, provide a sounding board for obstacles or frustrations and be your biggest advocate on the path to transformation.
